MCCU's Board of Directors

The MCCU Board of Directors consists of individuals who are elected by the membership to oversee the governance of the credit union. Directors serve on a volunteer basis, are elected by the membership, and are responsible for guiding and overseeing the direction of the credit union to ensure that the long-term interests of members are being served. Members should expect that the Board will look after their interests and present proposals and ideas that best serve the overall membership.

Board of Director Nominations:
Nominees for the election to three available positions on the Marshall Community Credit Union Board of Directors include Vaughn Frentz and incumbent members Bill Clayborn and Ashley Iovieno.

Other nominations of members in good standing may be made in writing with the signatures of 1% of MCCU members (173 signatures required as of 11/30/23). Forms are available at MCCU's Marshall office and must be returned to the CEO, Corrie Rozell, no later than Friday, February 2, 2024, at 5:00 pm. No names may be added to the ballot except as outlined above. In accordance with the MCCU bylaws, elections will be conducted by mail or electronic ballot. Election results will be reported to the membership at the Annual Meeting on Friday, April 19, 2024.
