March 18, 2020

Dear Members,

As we track the latest updates to the COVID-19 public health situation, first and foremost we want to give you peace of mind that your money is safe and that MCCU is committed to being responsive to the safety, well-being and needs of our members and team members. MCCU is well positioned financially to weather these challenging times and your deposits are insured by the NCUA; this means you can keep your money with MCCU with the confidence that it will always be here when you need it most.

At MCCU we are implementing the following changes in order to support CDC guidelines and community best practices. As a community partner, we want to do our part to take care of our team and take care of our members.

Effective Thursday, March 19 at 8:00 am, we will remain open to serve you by drive-thru only during normal business hours. Please note that our branch lobbies will be accessible by appointment for special circumstances. This includes our Coldwater branch that does not offer drive-thru service. Members may utilize the night deposit drop box for transactions throughout the day at any of our branch locations. You can make an appointment by calling 269-781-9885 or emailing [email protected].

To ensure we can meet the cash needs of all our Members, we are temporarily limiting per day cash withdrawals in all branches to $3000 per member.

As always, you can access your account by debit card, surcharge-free ATM (MCCU’s daily ATM withdrawal limit will remain at $500), through online banking, and the MCCU mobile app. We are also available by phone at 269-781-9885 from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, and 8:30am-1pm on Saturday, or email at [email protected].

Skip A Payment fees are waived through May 1, 2020. Use our Skip A Payment document found on our website, and mail, fax, or email [email protected] to request an electronic form. Need additional assistance? Contact us to talk about options.

As we make these difficult decisions necessary to protect the health of our employees, membership, and communities during these challenging times, we appreciate your flexibility and patience as we respond to the latest updates regarding COVID-19 guidelines and assist you with your financial needs.

The bottom-line is this: Your money is safe and available for you; we are only temporarily shifting how we serve you. Thank you for choosing MCCU as your financial partner.

Best Regards,

Heather Luciani, CEO
