MCCU Welcomes Shamar Flowers as Branch Manager

Marshall Community Credit Union (MCCU) is pleased to announce Shamar Flowers as the new Branch Manager of its Battle Creek location.
In his role, Flowers will lead the branch team, oversee daily operations, and ensure members receive the highest level of service. With more than 18 years of experience with financial institutions, his natural ability to collaborate, coach, and connect with individuals will enable team growth and development, leadership, and member engagement.
“My goal is to empower our team, drive growth, and ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service to our members,” said Flowers. “I look forward to leading the Battle Creek team with enthusiasm and a strong commitment to our members.”
Beyond his professional endeavors, Flowers serves as a board member for OurSpace 517 and actively participates in community engagement initiatives.
